If you are housebound and cannot get to an appointment, a local home visiting service has been commissioned and your details have already been sent to them.
They will be in touch soon to arrange a visit.
There is no need for you to contact the Practice regarding the Spring boosters.
The last date that you can get your vaccination is 30th June 2024.
